The fact that my computer has a horribly slow internet speed, and it would be illogical to re-download the entire mod for one .ini, when someone could easily upload it for me.

Also, I noticed that the AAL weapons don't appear in the buy menu. Is this intentional?

it makes it impossible to re-equip those who are in good condition but their weapons are destroyed.

At least allow some of the less-impressive weapons to be salvaged from the battlefield. Grabbing up fallen TES'es to equip your officers with is fun, but why can't I grab a Neo Colt?

Because AAL keeps it stuff secret. Even those low class pilot weapons like TIR and TES will turn itself into a pie if someone tries to open the case without proper AAL equipment.

And if you really want that, its just a matter of changing 2 variables.
GibImpulseLimit to 10000 and Buyable to 1.

Otherwise I say no. This mod was designed like that. All units are pretty much class based incase you didnt notice.

I agree, but at least make the pilot weapons buyable. The MPAM is OK, but make an unarmed one for as the secret weapons (anyone who's interested ask numgun or check the bottom of the OP)
