Dumb idea, a bot, with the feature ( look ) of the Runner's head, and it has a self instagib device, and depending on where it points it's head when it instagibs it's head, a rocket will fly in that direction! It's like this thing! An active launcher!

Actually there is one thing I'm slowly making that rivals... or lets just say overkills the MPAM. But I'm intending to finish that unit much later and reveal it in the possible campaign of AAL if I ever get to that. And I bet that is not in the near future unless I go bat**** insane.

runner looks cool, i like it. i like the reactor more, im assuming you're moving the HP numbers up a little? it was all squidgyclose the last time i saw it, but it seemed to fit AAL all the way. not so sure on the rediculously massive craft though, besides the titan. i hope its thrusters have better effects, its wounds are more interesting and it gibs properly now though. like, first party quality properly

To fix the runner, my first thought was make the canopy transparent and have a brain obviously in side it, but when you said it's more a relay, I'd recommend removing the canopy all together and making it a big antenna/satellite dish.

Yeah if it's just a robot a cockpit doesn't make much sense... maybe a slash-eye across the middle? I think a giant satellite dish sticking out of the top would look silly though... possibly a small one at the top/back, animated?

edit of the runner cause i was bored. also, i'd love it if you'd not have its presetname as "The Runner", as im using that in a mod pure selfishness on my part..
