   |   NeverenderFive maps, three of which are reposts from an earlier thread. Links restored from hacker attack. All the names are stolen from Coheed and Cambria. Lack of imagination on my part.ApolloDeleriumHetricusParis: EarthSilent Earth: 3 Caution: On Hetricus, enemies only spawn to the right of your brain. That's how the map is designed. I also fixed the cave debris problem in Delerium and Hetricus, so no worries there. Enjoy.

   |   Re: NeverenderSweet, these look really fun. Testing...Too small. Make them bigger. Just increase the scale or something, I don't care. but MAKE THEM BIGGEEERRR. As it is Delerium is the best one. And Paris doesn't look anything like it. Please make a better version.

It's not supposed to be Paris, the city, hurrr. Paris: Earth is the name of a planet from a comic book series. And making them bigger fudges with the backgrounds.

THAT'S NO EXCUSE THOUGH, JUST MAKE THEM BIGGER AND FIX THE BGs LATER PLZ these are really fun maps, they just need to be bigger.

   |   Re: NeverenderI disagree with Bladecat. They're the perfect size- Cortex Command is about combat on the level of the soldier, this isn't an RTS. Huge maps detract from- well, everything. They sprawl and slow the action down considerably.
Keep 'em compact. These aren't too small, they're not too big. They're fine.

   |   Re: NeverenderTo appease Bladecat, I created a new map, Silent Earth, with a custom background (which I had been planning to get around to soon anyway.) It's a much larger, desolate version of Paris: Earth.

   |   Re: NeverenderThank you, I do like my maps bigger. If you can, make them all bigger for 'morons' like me.

DL'd anyway.I had actually been thinking about converting some of the boulders to bunker modules for a mod, and I could also use them in this. It'd be interesting. |   Re: NeverenderI think that you should make a longer version of Hetricus. My friend and I build huge bases when we play multiplayer and there isn't enough space between the cave and foot of the hill.
