You mean they're behind it (you can't see it), or behind it (as in to the left if they're facing right)? If it's the first I believe you need "DrawAfterParent = 1" or something like that, and if it's the second add some to the X value after ParrentOffset.

I put in the DrawAfterParent = 1 thing, but it's still behind the actor.

I've had problems with this. Even with proper settings, things still don't layer right. It's been a while since I had the problem, but I guess it's still around. Hopefully it'll be addressed by data eventually.
