Post Time speed multiplier
Hi all, first post here.

Enjoying the game, but was wondering if there is a mod or a way to speed the time up in the game? Sometimes when you are walking down long corridors (or air vents grrrrrrrr) it takes ages to get anywhere.

A global game time speed multiplier (or however you want to call it) would be excellent in these circumstances.

Is there anything around like this?

Thanks in advance.

3 and 4, but it might crash your game.

It might be too much for your processor. Press ctrl+p to make sure the timedelta is changing.

Did it occur to you to, perhaps, TRY, before offering advice? And then maybe rethink your original opinion after it doesn't work?

It's one and two. I use slowdown nearly every time I make a mod.

1 and 2 don't work, and 3 and 4 changes the Real to Sim Cap.

Kids.

Use Ctrl + 1 for slower time and Ctrl + 2 for faster time.
Alot of the past button have been made to use with Ctrl. Like Ctrl + R which restarts the game.

Excuuuuuse me princess, but it's only ctrl+1/2 if you have it set to one sim update per frame.

its 1 and 2. CandleJack is an idiot.
deltatime is how many seconds it takes to do one sim update, and sim updates per frame changes how many sim updates it takes before it draws something.

To turn off the slowing down the game does, press CTRL+O

But it'll lag, skip lots of frames, and the screen will be jumpy.

I've never had problems with the "old mode", and the "new" mode is annoying, IMO.
