The sprites could use a touch up (weapon sprites) but... yeah.

Re: Bear Federation Final Release (31/12/08)
Now you just need to sprite a Leon Trotsky, Joseph Stalin, Karl Marx, Nicholas the II, Vladimir Lenin, and George Orwell for kicks. Maybe you could make the Bolsheviks and the Mensheviks have their own faction! Maybe I'm just taking this a little too far...
Anyways, great mod here. One of the best in Cortex history.

Nice mod, you countered the boring, over-done russian automatic weapons with some interesting ones. And your sprites are відмінно

Re: Bear Federation Final Release (31/12/08)
Is that a tank?! And mechs?! I'm trying this out RIGHT NOW!
EDIT: Just tried it out. You got the right style for this army, not only it looks russian, but also realistic, yet fits right into CC.
Tell you what, the mechs, are AWESOME! Machine gun+missile barrage, it's every man's dream.. The tank is a little small for my taste, it could be an unmanned automaton right?
One thing though, the bullets the mech shoots, stays way too long. They can circle aroung the battlefield a few times and hit your own soldiers. Better fix that.

Re: Bear Federation Final Release (31/12/08)
This mod is stunning, truly stunning. in the beginning i thought it would be just like any other mini faction, but turned out to be large, original and fun. in all honesty some of this mod could easily become vanilla content.

Re: Bear Federation Final Release (31/12/08)
I don't really think an smg is needed. If you need weak weapons just buy some from the Ronin faction. Those work just fine with this mod anyway.
When this mod just started, there were only some conscripts and a Bear. I didn't even bother to download it, I just thought, 'Ok, another Russian mod, and a wacky bear actor, nice style anyway, makes me think of Red Alert.' Then I switched to another topic right away.
But now, I just don't know why, I'm gonna keep this mod in my CC permanently. And I think I'm going to be a Russian brain for quite some time, I just love this mod really much.
P.S. But still, anyone care to change the bullet's and missile's 'life' on the battlefield? It's annoying they circle around the map. I know it's just 2 values, but I'm lazy XD.

By any chance do you think you could enlarge the tank slightly, the sprites seem kinda small? Otherwise this is amazingly fun too play around with.

Re: Bear Federation Final Release (31/12/08)
Very good work whith these, sprites are awensome, and what? A TANK! No way, and it actually works! So coool! For improvents the tank is so light that it flies around the map when get hit by a explosive. I would like if the tank would be heavyer. Keep on this, this kind of stuff cc has needet. Very awensome work.

Re: Bear Federation Final Release (31/12/08)
This code and these sprites need to be made into a manual that is then shoved into the face of all new all modders.
The only complaints about the mod are minor, but hey there are even minor complaints about vanilla. They still might warrant a bugfix release though.
The lighter mech seems to shoot itself in the legs while aiming and moving down at the same time.
