Re: Elite Pack Weapon Ideas Contest (rules update!)
OK OK. Sry but my eyes bleed cos that red colour.. What about electro magnetic system operated scissors? They use magnets to close/open very very fast and have tons of preasure in there.Army would use these becorse it's very small and effective weapon. And it can cut paper and other things too. Do I burn still?

Do I burn still? jebus.. if they have such powerful magnets they would of invented magnet powered rifles that shoot heavy metal balls at high speed.. in other words, lose the scissors.

Right can I just ask if you're being serious with the scissors?
I really must know.

Re: Elite Pack Weapon Ideas Contest (rules update!)(more rules!)
Well I was thinking of a gun that fired long, thin lines of energy that would whip around and deliver massive damage to actors, especially organic ones, but would pass harmlessly through any terrain except metal and concrete (I mean just phase through, not rip through). They would stay for about 5 seconds I guess. The gun would be only slightly larger than the average SMG. Slow firing rate, 5 shots per clip, and a 3-4 second reload time too. I'm just trying to think of ways to keep it balance.
And I guess my second idea is pretty similar, but instead there would be multiple, short lines created with each shot that would stay close to the terrain they're fired at and move along it, possibly killing lines of soldiers. Only slight terrain damage to soft materials like dirt or grass, none to anything stronger. For everything else it would be the same as my first idea, but with a slightly slower fire rate. I'll be honest, I have no idea how either of these would work, or if they're even possible. I just feel like submitting some ideas. :/

Hmm....What about Box's with a bomb inside called a flood bomb that sends water flying out all the way destroying anything unlucky that gets in its path. Id best put its shape to a small size to maintain heavy crashes. Oh yea..and also if the water can last for 10 seconds..that would be good.
Hope You can choose this idea.

What about a rifle that shoots a sprited bullet, like a rocket launcher but the bullets wouldn't be explosive unless you want them to be. The rifle fires the bullet REALLY fast so it can be Deadly so the FireVelocity would be atleast over 100, Pierces about anything so the mass would be around 50 or higher, I'd make the cost like 70, Maybe even Rapid fire so make the shots less deadly, Reload time would be around 5-6 seconds.
HOWS THAT?

A big revolverish type gun, the projectiles are stakes (possibly flaming). The stakes fire quite quickly and pin enemies to terrain if possible. Smallish clip, shotgunish firing rate. A gun that fires a quite large shokwave with very little range - enemies in range are knocked back quite far, possible damaging themselves on terrain.
