Duh, the Soviet and Allied campaigns in each game don't go along with each other. They are separate. Also, the chronosphere was DESTROYED on the Russian campaign in Yuri's Revenge, and also, the Americans built the time machine in YR. because if they wanted the chronosphere, they'd have to go ALL the way to Germany to use it. But that would suck, and so they made their own. Also, YR is just about you chasing Yuri, it has almost nothing to do with the war between the Americans and the Soviets. In the Allies campaign, they still win the war. In the Soviets campaign, THEY win the war. Thanks to time travel.

I didn't really like ra2 because they got rid of a lot of awesome and replaced it with gimmicks.

Red Alert 2 was awesomness. I grew up with i- wait..the M.A.D tank was awesome...hmm...

I wonder if EA can do it right this time?

I've seen Ra3, know it's been out a while but im not impressed. I still think RA2 is the best in the series and easiest to mod.

BTW, i wrote Black Missile: Apocalypse and i tried to do something similar for generals but it was far too complex for me.

In terms of gameplay, Generals > RA > rest

In terms of story, RA = RA2 > GDI/NOD stuff > RA3 > Generals

I played through the Allied and Soviet campaigns in RA3, then got halfway through the Japanese campaign, then went back to Generals and Zero Hour and had a lot more fun. I also went back to Red Alert (the original) and played through the first three missions (if you don't count getting it to run on Vista as a mission) again and had a lot of fun. I'm going to continue someday...

Generals is an overall terrible game and should be put at the bottom of any scaling. It's just that bad.

RA2 was the game I played more than any other RA games (didn't play YR). I played RA when I was quite young, and my bro's friend gave him the Allied Disc for RA2, so I played that all the time and loved it as my favorite RTS of all time. Now I have RA3 for Xbox, and it's great, but not quite as good as RA2.
