Re: need some criticism to know what to do
You have to stop saving it as a JPEG. Save it as a BMP.

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
never use a .jpg for spriting. either .png or .bmp, and CC can only read .bmp images, so its the obvious choice here. now you'll have to go off and clean it up again..

Gamegoo ... gears of war or not, the sprite looks hectic. Very nicely done!

Just open your sprite and save it over as a .bmp image and the blur will go away. make sure you copy over your .jpg though (Just to get rid of it faster.)

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
The blur won't go away, basic rule of signal processing. You can't create detail out of nothing. If you filtered something away, removing the filter won't bring that part of signal back.
Still, there's enough left that you can just touch it up again in bmp. So all is not lost. It's a tiny bitmap, not a giant picture. Not that much work.

Why don't you just download the thing in the first post and go from there.

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
It wasn't saved as .jpeg. Most upload sites convert .bmps to .jpegs to save space. Save it as .PNG to avoid this.

It might be a "basic rule of signal processing," but most people are not even fluent in stuff like that.

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
ok the file is .bmp coming not from a jpeg but from a pixen file. i think the blur is there because of me uploading it to facebook and pressing cancel near the end because i always got an error near the end so to skip it i pressed cancel. I'll try it again later so no its not a hard to fix problem at all. re-fixing it on bit map is easy and ill give it a whirl but .bmp is a windows file and im a mac. Which brings me to the next point. im no programmer so is there a person out there willing (once i animate) to make a mod to put this on? thanks

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
BMP images are not Windows-specific. You can save a bitmap image (BMP) on any operating system.
When you save the file, be sure you save it as either .bmp or .png
Renaming the file AFTER you've saved it does not change how it was saved.

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
My goodness and people try and tell me mac users AREN'T computer illiterate:
Your image has been saved as a jpeg because whatever website you used to host it did it automatically. To avoid this in the future, open THE ORIGINAL IMAGE and select 'save as', then change the file type to .png. Make 2 copies of your sprite: your Cortex Command one as a bmp and your forum demo one as png. Getting the file and simply changing the extension from .bmp or .jpg to .png will do nothing except to make it impossible for your computer to open it. This can be fixed by simply restoring the original file extension.
Also, the error on facebook isn't capable of doing that to the image: doesn't work like that. the error was clearly meaningless or the image uploading would have failed completely. Not partially (That's usually impossible).
Hope that clears things up!

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
Jesus!
Just post the picture as an attachment! It will make things a lot easier and faster! So that you dont have to go to facebook and post it there and get an error message and then post it here and it wont turn out as planned.

Re: need some criticism to know what to do
want to add: uploading a bmp loses quality, tiny pic proves that: Same Image, same site, three formats. BMP: JPEG: PNG: You can clearly see PNGs clearest, bmp and jpeg almost look the same. Now please talk about the gun instead of how to upload. My point has been made. *walks away*
