Cannot Un-register
I have my copy of Cortex Command installed on a 2GB Kingston USB drive as I often play CC in college as well as at home. Today while in College I tried to un-register it so that I would be able to play it tonight at home. When I tried to do so it gave me the message:
'Could not contact the license server to un-register'
Anyone have any ideas?
I really want to play now but the 6 minute limit is ghey.

Re: Cannot Un-register
I am willing to bet this is firewall-related, since you tried to play on a college network.

Re: Cannot Un-register
It registered okay. My college has a pretty slack firewall anyway.

Re: Cannot Un-register
Just try registering at home. I could not unregister also when I was playing elsewhere, but as it turns out that didn't stop me from registering at home. Alternatively, you can try resetting your key at licensing.datarealms.com.

Re: Cannot Un-register
Are you saving this on a computer somewhere other than home? If you are, it's likely that the computer deletes its registries after every session, so you'll have to use the Launcher for Cortex Command (In the B22 topic)
