Also the idea of a chaff grenade with larger flashes and larger clouds, would be nice, especially if it could harm. My idea is that the missiles emitting the flares would act as anti-aircrafts. Nice, what about many miniature missiles that are weak individually, but they come out in swarms, but have a tendency to have a wide spread.

Also the idea of a chaff grenade with larger and longer lasting flashes with larger clouds, would be nice, especially if it could harm. I'm not sure I get you. Do you mean like what I said about a mech being too "frou-frou"? Yeah, I sort of don't like when a mech looks like a statue in an art museum instead of something meant to do harm to people or things. Utility always always always comes before appearance in war. Except for commanders of things. But when a 'mech appears to be made out of flowers and tissue paper, there's no way it's going to survive getting shot at unless there's some sort of unobtainium armor that's made of kitten farts and unicorn giggles and makes you invincible except to the rare one-of-a-kind kitten fart/unicorn giggle weapon.

I just call 'em like I see 'em.

Im not making another mech guys, the Weissritter's functional and combat style is the thing that I'm going to do for the Striker infantry, his appearance will look probably much different from the Weissritter's design, but I'm aiming for something similar since he has to be good as an aerial unit and aerodynamics should be included in his suit/armor design. He's the guy between the pilot and the marine. So yeah.
Anyways I dont think I want to make any "Distracting" type things. AAL is about brutal high tech force with hollywood-like rampage in flames fighting style. If I will be able to make stealth system that makes a unit invisible, that will do. But not distracting stuff.
Other faction like darkstorm can use these kind of tools against AAL though. Like making a chaffnade blow up in the middle of 2 AI controlled mechs with nukes. Mechs get confused and blow each other up. 2 less mechs to worry about.

I forgot to finish the thought. Lemme write it. Quote: ..., and cute uber, Fredrick, wouldn't want to take away its yarn.

Oh, I see.
Yeah, I wouldn't want to mess with its yarn. ERPPCs hurt worse than plain old cat claws.

uhm, i think your timing may be a little off on the harvester particles. i know the work fine on the default settings, but once you ramp up the calculations (try setting deltatime to .005, for example) then it starts missing the ground. i think this is cause the game kills the particle on the frame after its lifetime runs out, which in normal time is enough to make it cut, but when you start getting accurate, it misses.
just saying, i could be wrong with how it calculates it..

I really wanna try this, but when I start it it says there's an error on line 400 something and crashes CC.

There´s something like that called the Drone Pod in the DSTech mod, it´s very cool, and it´s executed very nicely, too.

Re: -Alteisen Arsenal Labs- ))AAL Product [Under work]
Hello, First of all, nice mod i really like it. only now that im updating to b22 i get a little problem when i install the mod (copy ) in a fresh install of cc (no other mods present) i get a error rte aborted could not match property in AAL.rte/Harvester/Harvester.ini at line 466followed by a Cortex Command.exe Application Error The exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached. (0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x005be0da.
Click on OK to terminate the program.at line 466 in the Harvester.ini, i see "BodyAnimMode = 2" changing the value makes no difference, (that i know), it still gives the same error. commenting out the value (i know this is not going to do anything good for the harvesters functionality),but it makes no difference either way because it will just start nagging about line 467 (next readable). i searched, but found no other help regarding this. Thanks in advance.

I had the same error and didn't find a way to fix it, so I simply rewrote the Index.ini not to point to Harvester.ini anymore.
