Making fun of someone else's posts when you're involved in the argument with them about something else is just silly, especially when you don't contribute in your own post in any way. The response most people make is WELL NEITHER IS YOUR POST and then it devolves into ♥♥♥♥. At least maintain some semblance of intelligence.

I cannot wait for this to come out. Although I've never bothered to buy the full version, I love the first one. Wonderful combat system, just wonderful. The whale(s) will awesome for sure.
And seriously, shut the ♥♥♥♥ up about furries, if the fact that the characters are anthropomorphic animals bothers you that much, go play something else.

You got me there.
Although I doubt whales are going to be in the game, that was just a joke on the artists part.

I've restrained as long as I can.

HAVE YOU EVER TRIED TO ♥♥♥♥ SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE? I CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND ANYTHING YOU ♥♥♥♥ SAY, AND YOU COME ON ONCE A WEEK TO REPLY TO EVERY ♥♥♥♥ TOPIC IN GENERAL DISCUSSION, NOT EVEN LOOKING AT THE LAST REPLY TO SEE IF THE TOPIC IS DEAD.

PLEASE QUIT BEING BRAINDEAD. THANK YOU.

Friendly Neighbourhood Mod - Mind trying to say that in a bit nicer way next time? Or, say, in a PM? Seriously though, dapaperboy, PLEASE put some more effort into your posts. Clearly you speak English as a first language, so speak it normally. This is a forum, you have all the time you want to respond.

Seriously though I don't see why anyone cares. If, god help us all, some of the people in this thread should reproduce, will they beat their children if they catch them reading Redwall?
Game does seem like it could be fun, I just can't do anything except that retarded spinning crescent kick (why the fudge am I going backwards to hit someone in front of me?)

Funny that you mention Redwall, actually.
I've been reading the Overgrowth blog since the beginning, and I swear, every day, it looks more and more like some bastard child conceived between Brian Jacques and... well, anyone who makes corny kung fu movies.

I've been following this since it was called Lugaru 2. I WANT THIS ALL OF THE TIME!

But I know it'll be worth the wait.

One of the newer dev blog posts asks us what we want to know about lugaru, one of the choices they gave to us is "Why ninja rabbits?" so you'll all find out soon.

And this game would not work with humans. At all. The difference between the races and the interaction between them is a big point in this game. (Not so much in the first, but no-one's figured out how to mess with the animal/wolf models yet. Hilariously David has forgotten how .solid files work.)

In Lugaru 1, you wiped out a Wolf Pack, the Alpha Wolf told you that the rabbits will overpopulate and consume all of the plantlife. (I don't mean eat, I just mean "use up")

So presumably "Overgrowth" is about the rabbit's overgrowth.

I've been in the forums for Wolfire since David and Jeff were declaring that they just weren't even going to make a Lugaru 2.
I was also the first person to ever make a Lugaru skin with boobs.
Yeah, I figured that about the title, too. Even though the dialogue was kinda suck in Lugaru, I enjoyed that in the end, when you "win", there's still a pretty big lose because you learn that your species is going to have other troubles with overpopulation now anyway.

But when it comes to loving the story, that's really just about it. I'm really worried about their writing capabilities. I'm really worried that it'll just fall into the cliche. And what is the cliche in anthropomorphic warfare?
Redwall.
So yeah, let's just cross our fingers and legs and hope for the best.

David was rushed for time in the first game, so let's hope he's good at writing stories when he isn't rushed for time.

I've been looking at Wolfire for like three years now, and I joined the forums last year, and I must say OG is coming along really nicely. They story hasn't been really put out in public yet, but from the story panels they've shown it's gonna be really good.

Yeah, I got this game in the Humble Bundle, and it's awesome. I got my friend addicted to it, too. I cannot wait for Overgrowth, which will be a blast.

Check this out. I really like with they're doing here with the blood. I've only ever played two games with blood that I liked, and this is definitely the kind of blood that I like.

I think it makes killing things a lot more satisfying when they leak.
