Would it be possible to turn off the slo-mo sounds while keeping the slo-mo visuals?

The slo-mo makes the music replacement in my personal "realism" version sound weird.

I don't think you can separate the sound from the gameplay, but you can turn off all the slow-mo (ctrl+o) or change the sim speed with 3 and 4.
