Alpha: I guess I'm just not as excited by mechas as the rest of you. I'm more excited by steampunk; Or weird infectious mechanical parasitic tech creatures. They make me bone, hard.

Re: -Alteisen Arsenal Labs- ))AAL Product !VERSION 2!
I really hate the concept of any "mech" over like 18 feet myself due to the impractically and lack of advantages over a tank. It has to be physically more maneuverable than an armored vehicle to be a good "mech" (and just about anything over say 18 feet becomes extremely impractical to make that maneuverable), personally powered armor is the only real way to go. However; that is not why I like this mod, I love it for the high quality sprites, cool guns and really, really awesome infantry. I rarely use the MPAM, unless I'm going Zorn hunting for shits and giggles, it is fun to leave one in the middle of the map to just shoot at everything that comes close tho.....
And really NeoSeeker, the basic subplots of Anime makes them mostly soap operas with animation....too much damn drama.

ITT weeaboos who think that anime even remotely resembles real life and is realistic. Eva was specifically made to be the exception to the rule. It's still an anime series, and it's rather soft sci-fi, but the characters behave like real people would, and that's what I was referring to.

Even as a Gundam fan myself, I'd say it's impractical. And not to mention whenever an anime features a robot taller than or equal to 18m, they will have some kind of 'magical' armor that doesn't get a scratch from any conventional weapons to render tanks useless. If that kind of armor exists why wouldn't it get installed to tanks first?

My only complaint is the Actors are all so clumsy, and destroy ground too much, requiring either lower gravity (and thud more clumsy) or a base made entirely of those strong blocks (no doors). LOVE the weapons though. The streaker is a fav for infantry, thing reloads so fast!

Re: -Alteisen Arsenal Labs- ))AAL Product !VERSION 2!
I'm kinda stuck with the thought on what should I give the artillery marine as his secondary weapon. Some sort of powerful blast cannon or something. It would be the ART Marine's sub weapon. His primary would be an updated slug cannon. He will have the standard marine sidearm though (Neo Colt).
Also the normal marine that has the Slug Rifle will recieve an extra weapon: Mega Bomb. A single-use valuable throwable explosive to use against tough enemies and large groups.
If Lua allows, I will try to make the chainsaw as an attachable to the slug rifle. It will resemble the GoW lancer gun if that happens. : p

Re: -Alteisen Arsenal Labs- ))AAL Product !VERSION 2!
Btw, if anyone wants, an activities.ini for this mod that brings you hell. (Only fully loaded MPAMs invading) Attachment:
File comment: Prepare for hell. I highly recommend using DSTech against this activities.ini
AALMPAMActivities.rar [464 Bytes]
Downloaded 156 times
Remember to add this line at the end of the AAL.rte/Index.ini file: Code: IncludeFile = AAL.rte/Activities.ini I recommend playing as DSTech when playing with this activities.ini. Also unless you want to get completely annihiliated, dont play in "Death" mode.

I suggest you put the MPAM activities.ini in AAL.rte, include it in the AAL index.ini at the end, and comment out the base defense part of the default activities.ini.

I tried that and it still gives me the same message, except now it crashes a little later as AAL for some reason loads later. D:

You idiots. Not base.rte.
AAL.RTE %&#@/!!!!
Put the activities.ini there and add the line I told you to add to the index.ini of the AAL.rte/Index.ini file. Then uncomment the base.rte's activities.ini like you do normally when activating an activities that is included with a mod.
