i get this error every time i try to load up Cortex Command.
i have reinstalled the game multiple times.
i have no idea what is happening.
if there is anything that can be done about this to fix it, please tell me.
if it has something to do with opening files of the game,
tell me where they are located because i cant seem to find any folders related to CC anywhere.
please help!

Usually rebooting has helped.

@ kallemort- i have rebboted multiple times.

i do not have sound though. i have a suspicion that CC will not run unless you have sound- the error is a sound one.(i think)
anyone got any other ideas?

Well this seems like the usual Slish.wav error, but since rebooting didn't help...

Also yeah I think CC needs sound to run.
