Hrm, I just had a idea now, Should I make the BG arm a dummy arm? Since its gonna be dual wielded, "shield" guns tend to not switch... Hrmmm...

There are a few overpowered weapons that would destroy that H00ge robot instagib rifles, the singularity cannon, the Zero Division bomb, Ypsilion bombs, the Blade Digger, and probably any large dropships like a Tantus or Titan Cruiser if they hit it.

That would be a good Idea, if it switches to a two handed weapon then your "shield" would be in the purgatory where all unused but in-stock devices go. And it might not look too professional with such a large beast where detail is easier to pick out. That, and the large Kloveskian soldier uses one handed weapons, looks good too.

Dunno since its gonna be wearing mostly (DSTech) Ship grade armor, though I can understand the ZD Bomb, and the Tantus + Ypsilion. For infantry, a lot of explosives focused on a certain part of the mech will slowly kill it hrm... Oh wait... The blade digger is like a billion needles on a rotating ball times infinity... I have yet to test Shooks singularity cannon...

If that's the case, then only piercing shots will affect the thing like the rest of your robots, right?

Re: DSTech Corp (UPDATED: 9/6/08)
It is going to, since I have the internals sprited, but killing it the conventional way is fairly hard, and if you do it, it'll give you a nice going away present! While attacking the weak spot takes a shorter amount of time, and causes it to die from a health drain... Aka not gibbing...
If I made a version with arms and hands... It would hold all the DSTech Weapons with godly firepower... For example, a Scaled version of the DSWB04 Miniguns would be be DSWBxx Rotary Ship Cannons... Dunno about firing rate, though I see it firing at the same rate of fire as the original... And the same amount of ammo... Dropping those guns will be insane...

Re: DSTech Corp (UPDATED: 9/6/08)
Wow, grape juice! Anyways... I vote for it having a reactive, well, reactor core near its chest under many attachables of armor that can be blasted off, like the Tantus does, so when it dies (or if you hit it with a large weapon), KA-BLOOM, laggy and epic explosion!

Re: DSTech Corp (UPDATED: 9/6/08)
wouldnt it sink into the ground if its weapons are too heavy? I mean, it cant be too realistic. That thing isnt going to fly too fast is it?

Re: DSTech Corp (UPDATED: 9/6/08)
A reason why I gave it wide feet, though I might end up making the giant robot lighter then it seems, just not too light... In the end I might have to make the warp ship for skirmish deliveries, and I have a pretty good idea on how to do it. It might be pretty insane for deploying hundreds of regular DSA units... I should make a feature that kills biological units but barely (not) hurt my DSA units at all.
