Post What exactly is there to do?
What exactly is there to do in cortex command.

I bought the game today thinking there was more to it...

As of right now theres a tutorial and a never ending second mission. The editor is pretty boring to play with even though i made a base and all the AI is to dumb to anything, i downloaded a few mods which just basicly adds a few units...

Like you guys seem to of been here awhile.... What the hel ldo you guys do to keep you guys playing?

Have you tried Skirmish mode? At all?
It helps if you have friends to play with too, then it gets megafun.

Just wait until the game gets finished. Then you're in for a treat. :)
(Heck, I've already been having a treat for months on end with this stuff.)

1. Get friend.
2. Get friend to play with/against you in skirmish.
3. BLOW ♥♥♥♥ UP!
4. Epic lulz.

Cortex Command is SO much more fun if you play with/against another person.
Else, you can start modding and make what YOU think is fun. That's what i do.

Look for the activities.ini in the base.rte folder and, once you open it, look for these lines:
Code:
AddActivity = GABaseDefense
   PresetName = Skirmish Defense

Then for
Code:
   FundsOfTeam1 = 1500

Change the amount to whatever you want. :)

If you use another activities.ini from a mod, find the lines in there.

Don't put it above 6 or 7 digits, not only is it not necessary but past that bad ♥♥♥♥ happens.
