This faction is truly brilliant. It beats all of them for gameplay.

The fact is, you can play against the vanilla actors and it DOESN'T feel like a sick joke. The carbine DOESN'T chop them into tiny pieces with 3 bullets.

everything in this mod is perfect, except I'm not sure I'm a fan of the (basic) actor's sprites. They're good, but they're not spectacular. Your guns and effects are absolutely phenominal though. I'd like to see the disntergrating magazines back, those were pretty cool!

9.5/10: a few sprites off being official.

EDIT: After playing new update: LOVE what you did to the dropship: looks great. Thew new actors are pretty damn cool. In my personal opinion, if you put less blue on the standard troops they'll look better.
top work, especially considering the flame thrower barely lags!

EDIT2: Um, it's very hard to tell the difference between the heavies and standard troops. Maybe you should give them slightly different headsprites?

dar... the flamethrower is super ♥♥♥♥ sick, exact words blurted from my mouth when i used it.

Then sonne came on in my playlist and i was so ♥♥♥♥ headbanging lol, this gun is so METAL.

My only problem with the falme thrower is it all just ends at the same point. Make some of those flamey bits have different lifetimes, it'll look more spontaneous. At the moment it looks like some sort of awesome burning foam of evil and death, but not blue fire.

My only complaint:

shogun looks intense. havnt seen the dropship, i dont think the picture's changed.
in any case, ill miss the sniper, cant wait till its back.

edit: no it has, i just didnt notice with all that shogun happening. looks neato. and bottomheavy.

It's a real thing. Though only in larger scales. These weapons fire at lower rates than gatling guns, due to the one barrel heating up more. But the reduced weight lets it spin up faster. And just makes it lighter in general.

I just now changed it to vary a bit more, though its still not perfect. Every "shot" fired from this thing releases 4 particles, which all go the same speed. There isn't some way to vary them, is there? I just made a tracer round with a different velocity, and made the sprite look like its breaking up a bit more.
