So, I Download the game and install, in the game I chose "campaign", when I kill the enemy brain, appears WIN menssage and stay.

this game not have the second scenary ?

Nope. The game is still in production, and right now only has one level. Since you apparently bought it, you will eventually get the full campagin when it's done, but right now it's not done. The new build which is due out in no more than a few weeks will have a new level or two.
