I only post this so that you don't say that my mod is is rip-off when it eventually comes out.
Djinn are you still working on that mod I helped you with a while ago? or are you waiting for Lua? (the one with the flying monsters) I automatically assume things aren't stolen, convergent evolution and all, but either way, people are expected to build from eachother's work, so it's all the same. Anyhow, yes, I'm still working on it, as well as other things in the same vein, but I'm working on this stuff when I don't have internet access, cause the offsets are much easier.

Re: Trickster Security v1.2 - Updated Gauntlet System
If you need help with the sensor offsets, a good way to do it is take a screenshot of the system ingame and open up your favorite spriting program and start counting pixels from there. Saved me many times with doors and other stuff.

Yay Jox is back!
With lua you can hopefully script a door to close behind people. Sealed in a corridor of laser.

Krumbs, you gave me an idea. If I can't get it to look good, I'll see if anyone else would like to have a go at it. Until then, thanks.

Just add another door and set the sensor to be in line with the other one. That's a good idea, actually. Anyhow, I have another little gizmo comin up. It's not pretty or perfect but it does the job and looks snazzy whilst doing it. 'Spear' coming up later tonight.

Bah, now I can't claim it was original. Oh well. @Djinn: Do you mind if I post what little I've done here? It's a slight modification of that idea, namely instead of having the Gauntlet on the ceiling and the doors on the sides, the doors themselves have emitters that scroll over an enemy from the head down. Now that I think of it, it probably would look nicer as you just described...
