 I think it looks rather good, but the head doesn't seam to keep up with the rest of the sprite in terms of quality.

   |   Re: Begin work on Beta Version Ork GaRgAnTHmm... really nice! But I do thiunk that the Ork sign on his shoulder should be shaded more, and that his head seems a little bland, especially with that goblin upon it.

So what you're saying is he gets destroyed easily? Have you tried changing the GibWoundLimit? I just looked at the '.ini', and I noticed you are using a material called 'Ork Metal' quite often. could we get this material's code? Maybe that's where the problem is.
