Re: Assualt Drone
You could change any of his craft to be a brain actor by changing one variable, I think.
ActorBrain = #
A slightly armored brain-craft would be a cool addition though. Even if it's just a hybrid of Data's upside-down brain on the underside of your original.

Re: Assualt Drone
Wait...what the hell? Is it an some kind of odd actor, or a dropship. I thought automated dropship turrets wasn't possible. There was a whole argument on how it could be done, and then it was decided that you couldn't. Did you attach in actor to a dropship?

Re: Assualt Drone
You'd think that a dropship that emits lots of little people would be laggier.
If only the AI could fly this around. Then we'd have coolness.

Re: Assualt Drone
Now we need a giant war ship with 3 turrets on the top and 2 on the bottom. Also, Shook needs to use this method on his drones.

If zalo's right, I think 'e attached an emitter that emitted actors. Then again, I wouldn't know.

Re: Assualt Drone
Now that I actually used it, it appears to be an emitter that emits very low life actors....the only problem is that after being spawned it takes few seconds before it will aim at targets, hence the delay when firing guided missiles, therefore the most obvious explanation makes no sense at all. Unless of course he found a way around the aiming delay..

Re: Assualt Drone
How long have you been around? We've had them for a few builds now. I'm pretty sure Blipflip himself or maybe Numgun created the first ones. He had the genius idea of making a guns that fires an actor that looks like a missile. When the missiles spots an enemy it points its "gun" at the enemy and fires. The gun pulls the actor towards the enemy at high speeds and caused the very delicate actor to die and gib on impact. The actors gibs is an explosion. That is a guided missile. (Also, guided missiles haven't been used in a mod for a bit, so I'm not surprised you haven't heard of them.)

...
Since Build 18, at least?
Blipflip and Numgun have both made homing missiles, and Azukki released a manually controlled one. Darlos's old mortars used the same tech to "airburst".

Are there any mods with them that work in this build?
