   |   Unregistering an old copy that was deletedI recently had to format my HD, resulting in the deletion of my old registered copy of CC. Now that I've installed it again, it turns out that the old one is still registered (even though it doesn't exist anymore) and therefore I have no way of un-registering it so the current copy may be validated.
Any idea what I should do?

P.S. are the support team always so slow on answering emails?

   |   Re: Unregistering an old copy that was deletedThere is no support team.
 There is Data.

 The developer of the game.

If your email isn't responded to in 48 hours, send a new message, preferably from a different email account. Some emails are blocked by his spam filters.

And no, he's not usually slow at all. When I had to do it my problem was fixed within ten minutes.

   |   Re: Unregistering an old copy that was deletedI have a very similar problem, but for me I deleted it because I was crashing constantly, and had to re-install, and couldn't GET tot th e place to unregister... but I had not thought of that anyway, but if his email blocks certian places, that means if it blocks yahoo emails, we are kind of screwed over because some of us only have yahoo accounts, or registered WITH our yahoo accounts.
