Didn't the Hindenburg explode because there was jet fuel on the balloon, who thought they'd use a future and flammable technology to cover the blimp!

Some people believe that the reaction of two elements in the skin of the balloon (iron oxide and aluminum) created thermite, a compound that once ignited basically turns into 3,000 degree C lava.

But it's not really proven, and the main factor was the hydrogen regardless.

Except for the bit where it had been flying around for 2 years before the explosion.

Hindenburg exploded because of hydrogen gas. anything else is just a side show.

nice mods, rocket is fun, although a ♥♥♥♥♥, to fly.
