if there were more than one person on art, there would be a notable difference in the sprites (unless they did something completely different like a couple of factions each)... However coding is a little different, and I wouldn't really want any on else to be working on it if I were Data.

Yeah, I've seen English speakers post more terribly than that, so it's not like there's really any overbearing evidence that it's not his first language.

Well, FAQ:

1. Controls

For the Mouse people
Default:

W-Jetpack
S-Crouch
A-Move Left
D-Move Right
Mouse Pointer-Aim
Right click-Pie menu
Left Click-Shoot

2. Termanology (Both modding and gameplay)

DS = Dropship
Actor = Bodies you control
AHuman = An actor with 2 arms, 2 legs, can pick new weapons up, jetpack, and hold unlimited amounts of weapons
Acrab = An actor with 4 legs, a turret, cannot pick new weapons up, and can only use weapon supplied with
Brain = Main Unit, usually IS a brain, but can be other things.
Pie Menu = Circle menu that allows you to do stuff like buy stuff
HeldDevices = Shields
Jetpack+Crouch = You fly downward, great for taking out enemies close-up
Bunker Modules = The concrete looking places, has BG different from the one assigned to the Scene (Usually)
Scenes = The "maps" you battle on
Mods = Addons, optional to DL. Adds new Scenes, actors, craft, Weapons, Bunker Modules, Brains, and Shields

3. Mods
Install mods -
1. Download
2. Unzip
3. Put in Cortex Command directory

4. Scenes
Install Scenes - See : Install Mods
