 Any other games? does anyone know any other games like Cortex Command where you can mod and it's like awesome side scrolling carnage that's preferably free, or a really cheap price.

But it's nothing like CC, gameplay wise.
Ummm....
Clonk Rage is supposed to be quite easy to mod.

Re: Any other games? If you ever start modding soldat, ask numgun for advice.
He was an ex-soldat modder, before he transitioned to here.
Believe me, he was great at making total conversions and maps.

Re: Any other games? Wings 2. It's free, moddable and 2D side scrolling, but the modding is (AFAIK)
Lua. Which makes it hard for beginners, and which is why i dropped it xP
