 trouble registering and cc19 register didnt work either. I cannot register the key, the switch to cc19 did not work. so what could I possibly do?

Re: trouble registering and cc19 register didnt work either. I already did that and they said to try registering again later. So I have been doing that. Nothing happened.

Re: trouble registering and cc19 register didnt work either. Just download build 20 and use your registration key that was e-mailed to you.
Build 19 is obsolete, in every case.

Re: trouble registering and cc19 register didnt work either. Some people cannot register CCB20 and thus install B19, register, and then install B20 over it.
It doesn't always work (very seldomly, in fact) and really, you're better off either A) asking Data for help, or B) waiting for the improved license key system in B21.

Because them having the key does no good. The game itself has to recognize your key, connect to the registration server, and then unlock the full features.
