Post Prom's Guns [Need ideas for v2]
So I got bored of all the default weapons and the whole "I'm going to make a pack full of overpowered weapons" modding thing. And thus I decided to turn some of Prom's old sprites into a pack of balanced weapons. Balanced against normal CC actors. I take no responsibility for what happens if you take on an MPAM or a Darklone with any of these things.

Contains various weapons, all of which have custom sounds, sprites, and offsets. I did my best to make everything as high quality as first party content. Hopefully, it at least comes close.

NOTE: This is a moderately beta version. All guns that are in it are BASICALLY done, with the exception of the G2 Panzerfaust grenade. But, not nearly all the weapons I'm planning are done.

EDIT: Wow I'm RETARDED. Upload is CORRECT and fixed.

8 May: Names changed, some weapons tweaked slightly. The Sniper rapes terrain way too much; that's quite temporary.

17 May: Pack is nearly done, only a few weapon tweaks left.

18 May: Pack is finished.

EDIT: Tell me functions for these guns. Name them by the letter.

Haven't started it yet.

Frankly I am not tremendously motivated to make it yet. PERHAPS in later builds, when modding offers some more possibilities, but I'm not going to do it anytime soon.

Sorry.

You can probably look forward to some scenes from me in B21, though.

Ok so, while I'm having trouble actually USING the thing, I like how the guns look - thur! got it.

I love these. <3 Especially the lobber. not because it splodes, but because it actually takes some thinking to shoot it. have to angle it all n'stuff. I like how you did a lot of these weapons.

I was wondering if I couldn't take a look at their code, see if I cant incorporate some of the properties into weapons I might play with in the future?

Well, this looks PROMising.

Oh yeah, I went there.

Also, I doth protest at comparing the MPAM to my DarKlones. My guys aren't THAT tough.

Also, your index.ini is all commented out. And when I un-comment it, stuff crashes.

It takes a bit of tweaking. He's got weird quotation marked nicknames for stuff that crashes the game - taking those out gets it to run well for me.

Ah ♥♥♥♥, my bad guys.

Forgot that I used the guns in my Activities.

Index.ini fixed, and the error with the P5 nickname has been fixed.

Should work fine now.

awesome pack, descriptions would be nice for each weapon.

and when you reupload it so it isn't just promgrounds, it would be nice if you made a base.rte version so we could equip the ai with them without doing all that whozafuzz to make it work ourselves.

You can load activities.ini from any mod folder, not just base.rte. I just deleted the one in the base.rte and took it out of the index.ini which thusly allows me to load my handmade activity.ini files from any mod i wish to place back into CC.

It's so much easier to do it that way once it's all set up.
