Yeah Hi.

I just decided to pop back in - I've been trying to expand upon an earlier mod I showed up when I was at the forum before, Alchemist.rte. Little steam punk themed nonsense. Anyway!

As I'm touching it up, I've been getting a series of strange errors - Like, with the Gibs.ini - the game would crash at around line 2000 without any explanation (I tried breaking down the Gibs file into three separate .ini's to see if that would fix it, now it crashes at line 250 of Gibs3.ini). While this isn't my main problem, It'd be nice to fix up.

The main problem currently is that - anything on the seventh line and below of the Index.ini has an error at the first line of code. I've looked through them all and couldn't find anything wrong - but if you have better luck I'd be glad to know about it.

My apologies if It turns out to just be my computer or something.

Add random spaces. By pressing enter in the beginning.
It works. Numgun had the same problem with his AAL Pack.

And there's an error in Alchemest.rte/SP/Ammo.ini that I can't fix somehow.

Yeah. That's the error I was talking about. XD Before it was with TheBaron.ini, but then I threw the Mechanic's .ini in there and it switched. I'll try throwing in some random spaces - see if it doesn't help - Thank you for the suggestion by the way.

I tried it as soon as I dl'ed it.
I'd like to try the actor pack with no tweaking.

Honestly at this point I'm still kind of wondering how to fix it. I wonder if I couldn't break it up into smaller little index.ini's for Actors, Weapons and everything individually - effectively just giving the index.ini itself 3 things to load. I'll try it after a quick run to the drive-through for some food.

Try moving all your .inis out of folders inside the main .rte.

I ran into the same error; the last line of my Index.ini WOULD NOT work.

Thanks for the suggestion - think it helped the Gibs error a little. But the other error's are still persisting. I tried the second index.ini thing to no avail. Hmmmm...other than cramming everything into 6 .ini files, I'm out of ideas.

EDIT: I'ma just break the mod up into various .RTE files, and see how that works. It should make it more manageable too, so pluses for everyone!
