Ware wa, I think, is the feminine form of "I am". Watashi wa is informal, and boku wa is the masculine way. So for the heavies, boku wa would work best, standards can say watashi and the lights just say nothing as you said.

Just a little insight.

Watashi - Relatively formal/polite; "Default" [genderless]
Atashi - Slightly informal [Female]
Boku - Informal [Male; Generally younger men]
Ore - Pretty informal [Highly masculine; "Tough Guy"]
Watakushi - Extremely fromal; not common [genderless]

Ware - Also a 1st person pronoun. Not sure of usage specifics though.

Thanks. You corrected them properly, I believe. Watashi informal? Pff.

But really, "I am a DarKlone" isn't really a proper response to orders. Here's what I've got so far:
Standard:
Wakarimashita ("Understood")
Ikimasu (Literally "I will go," but used more like "here we go" or something)
Yokai ("Roger" or "Affirmative." Kind of a typical military-like response to orders)

Heavy:
Wakatta yo (Literally "Understood," but with the informal form and the "yo" its more like "got it")
Iku ze (Like ikimasu, but informal form and with the "ze" ending, which is a very strong emphasizer.)
Then just a "Hmm" and a "Hmph."

So yeah, I guess if you don't know Japanese, try and think of things along those lines in English and I'll try to translate them reasonably. It needs to be short and to the point. Also, because of this, they probably wouldn't ever use things like "watashi" or "ore" or any of that, because its typically already implied that they're already referring to themselves or their orders. Japanese likes to drop the subject a lot of its easy to deduce from the context. So, instead of "I am ready," they'd probably just say "Ready," in any situation that's even semi-casual.

Just throwing out some suggestions:

Light:
Shouchinosuke ("Understood"; "Agreed")
Hai ("yes"/"okay". Pretty basic but I think it fits the Light's image)
Haiaku ("Hurry" or "Quickly", I think.)

Now I'm pretty sure those are correct meaning wise. Grammatically? Not so sure? Fitting the DarKlone image wise? Maybe?

Wow. Just "hai." Once again I miss the obvious. Don't know about shouchinosuke though...

Well, I know that Higudachi (hikudachi?) is "Ready position", so 'higu/hiku' might well mean 'ready', since 'dachi' means stance.
And "Hajime" is a command to begin/start, so for a DarKlone in a commandingish role, it'd be appropriate.
I really only know a smattering of moonspeak, picked up from context clues and people yelling at me.

It pertains to the mod, fool.

I have no clue when I'll make the dropship. The drop pod will probably need some reworking as well... like, in a manner to where it doesn't bore into the ground so much, if at all.

By the sounds of it, you will weaken the velocity for when it arrives, and add legs so it doesnt topple over onto what you just ordered XD

O honestly really like the entry speed. It pushed a bunch of dirt straight up out of the impact area which feels quite realistic to me.

If you ever do I suggest you design after the kloveskan drop ship.
The doors open from the sides with the thruster at the bottom to stop actors from flying upwards and hitting the side thrusters.
