Atleast the originals kicked ass.

the new pokemon games are still righteous
do you know how much fun it is to do all those little minigames? they've got their head in the right place. pokemon like lucario are lame but there's some really rad new ones as well.

Every version is more of the same, meaning just as good as the first ones.

Re: The Brawl to end them all. I liked the originals because it was still complicated, but simple enough for me to reckognise every pokemon I came across.
Nowadays it's- WTF IS THAT!? CATCH IT NOW!
And it turns out to be some Charmander clone or something.
I don't want to get into a gaming arguement right now.. Let's go back to brawl talk.
(I also hate how every single game comes up with a new "most powerful pokemon" in the form of like.. 20+ legendaries altogether.
Seriously. MEW IS TEH BEST.)

Re: The Brawl to end them all. Thunderbolt sucks. It doesn't do much damage and only makes people flinch, no real distance. It's like Mario's fireball in terms of power.
Only it's worse because it doesn't bounce off of floors and stuff. (It bounces around floors.)

Thunderbolt is his Down Smash (Down + Special, everybody always gets that confused) not his Regular Smash (Special), that's Thundershock. Yeah, the names are very similar. On the topic of Smash vs Smash: Smash Attack: Charge-up, Regular Attack + Special (buttons) Smash: Special + Up/Down/Left/Right/N.A.

In that case- Yes you can spam like mad. But really, everyone has a move like that. Kirbies rock sends people flying, Mario and Luigi's throw is overpowered compared to the others, Bowser's got that slash thing. Etc. etc.
