 Buying it need help I just bought a American Express Gift card and when i enter it it says "credit card declined" plz help me

Re: Buying it need help Sure they are... at least, Visa Gift Cards are. I don't know about the American Express ones, but they should work the same. Triple check and make sure you entered in all the numbers exactly right.
