Post annoyance
Ok so I haven't had this problem for awhile now but it's resurfacing
When I log on it's fine for awhile then all of the sudden CC forum logs out on it's own it's probably going to take a few tries before this will be posted.

Now I already sent a e-mail to support and I did what they say clearing all the cache etc. my browser does that on it's own every time I close it but the problem keeps popping up anybody have a solution.

Moved to better section.

Reformat your computer? It seems to work for me.

It might be something with your preferences, check to be sure firefox isn't deleting your private info every time you close the browser.

Re-install firefox I guess. I honestly have never had this problem before. There are cases where ad/spyware can hijack your browser's settings to use other options.

try typing about:config in the browser and see if anything looks fishy. Otherwise just reinstall it and report your settings from IE.
