Villian Acts- Creating a giant portal-generator (underground) that creates a mass of rabbits that fall from the sky. His basic means for this is to cause chaos and distract citizens so he can smash buildings and blame it on other countries.

The Great Vlad Mmmrph usally gets foiled by people cutting off the power to his rabbit generator. Although, people haven't heard from Vlad for several years...


The heroes are given word of increasing earthquakes and floating islands happening in the south Atlantic...

I do visit DRFF everyday but I tend to lurk moar than post.

I always goto DRLFF, I am requesting villain slot as Timothy Jerring, a cunning, mastermind who has built a corporation from the ground using money gained from, 'irregular' methods. With an army of minions, spys, agents, lawyers, and corrupt government officials, Shigen corporation (yes, Crackdown players...) has become one of the most powerful entities inhabiting the underground, The corporation have called out Clamman and Pearl boy, the reputed 'heroes' who constantly bring justice to Ricekrispie City. Much to the dismay of Mr. Jerring...

Villainous acts and methods: -Army of minions to perform tasks around the world.
-Lawyers, to defend Shigen corporation from the Judicial system.
-Corrupt Officials, Shigen corporation has had a considerable amount of lee-way when it comes to the law, and any heroes have had quite a bit of recorded collateral damage.
-Spys and agents, because Shigen needs eyes, ears, and hands all over the world.

Various things in possession: -Incredible laboratories capable of producing advanced weaponry, armor, and technology.
-Funds to finance almost any sort of operation.
-Advanced surveillance technology, nothing goes unnoticed.

There are already 3 forum games running... so you technically can't start this up.
