I'm down with Toon Link just because Wind Waker was such an amazing game and I love the details (like the cell-shaded bomb explosion).

I have notcied something Odd...
During the subspace emissary cut scene where snake first takes off his box, he says something... you can barely hear it. "Show-time deska" But why? other times other characters seem so say something too. And they get silenced. Is it because they spoke 3 words in japanese?

my dad is to lazy to go down to the nintendo store in NYC (i live close and he works close) at like 5-6 in the morning to buy a wii for me cause thats when the store said they have them. i played with my friends at one of their houses and i like lucario a little but hes cool but odd and confusing, im prolly gonna major in warior and ike is fun. i havnt tried the other guys to unlock yet so i might play as snake or sonic.

Your father probably refuses to buy you a wii because it's too expensive and you don't deserve it in his opinion. There's nothing odd or confusing about lucario. Oh, you're majoring in warior? Really? Going to harvard for it and all? Wow. I'm only majoring in red mage. Darn.

Jigglypuff is worthless for the amount of versus matches you have to do in order to unlock her. Seriously, 350? For that fluffball?

Except for that she is the funnest

Am I the only one that noticed that Lucario has near-identical attacks to MewTwo in melee?
Am I the only one that noticed that KIRBY GOT NERFED?

Seriously, play Melee, and use kirby, use his basic special move. you know, he sucks up the other person, and copies their move. Now, play brawl. he sucks them to himself, it does a little damage, and they just keep going a bit, and can beat the crap out of him. it useless.

Easy unlock of all characters? Special brawl, Vitality, fast, Flower on head, set AI vitality to 1. re-match LOTS. time per match, including character selection, map selection, and stat screen, about 10 seconds.

Jiggly puff Also unlocks if you beat Classic mode.

Allstar mode, unlocks Either when you get everyone unlocked, or finish classic as all of them. (I dont remember, but I do know that both will do something)

sonic is one of my favorite characters in any game, EXCEPT THIS ONE. He's cheese, I beat the classic mode by just mashing the B button on my GC controller, without any directions. okay? holding only 1 button on a turbo controller should never win a game for you, EVER. (okay, slight exageration, I got hit once or twice and had to move and jump back into place, but once I was air-born and close enough to anything its just mashing the B button)

Warrio, works like Mr Game&watch, with a few differences (just look at the animations, wario is game&watch 2.0 i swear)

and for smash bros, either marth or roy, (dont remember which) is needlessly complicated, special move, is a seriese of attacks that you can pick and choose, to get like 80 differant combos. WHY?! its not like theres a differant block for a swing, a slash, or a stab, its ONE BUTTON! you can play the entire game with JUST a wii-mote and no nunchuck, WHY BOTHER with that many moves.

also, yes, the story mode is repedative, guess what....
ITS A FIGHTING GAME, NOT AN RPG! IT DOES NOT NEED A FANTASTIC STORY!
They could have just had everyone standing around going "fight fight fighting fight fightey fighters fight fight fight" in this retarded cult chant, and random fights happen. guess what? I would still buy that game, because its smash brothers, and has good game-play, and uber-high re-play value.


oh, and yes, you see subspace-whats-it-guy before you see him, I saw his eyes and just face-palmed and had to pause the game when it started because I was laughing so hard. I guessed right.

I just beat subspace... It's pretty good. Story isn't fantastic, but that doesn't matter.

Also, lol, Jigglypuff can be unlocked by going back to a stage after beating SSE. Don't have to play 350 vs matches.

Kirby was not nerfed, if anything, he was un nerfed from melee. Just the replacement of the runing A attack fireball was enough to make me love him once more. The fact that they replaced with with a massive barrage of kicking awsomesaucery is just icing to the cake. On another note his speed as increased a smidgen.

Kirby 3.0 is most awsome.

Sonic however, is the easiest character ever button mashing = win for him.

Im just sad that they seem to have left samus's Melee power behind and replaced it with something requiring a smash ball or L/R button holding.
