If you don't wanna go back, try another door in this hallway.
Edit: Surgery might be good, see what zmobies might have been created by the creepy stuff, and patch up your face.

Other things that might have been created from the 29x4, like cured/zmobie humans, new medicine, Dr. H himself, or other interesting things might be in surgery, in addition to patching up our face. Besides, if there's another horn/spike zmobie - or enemies at all - we can have an epic duel with it, using our sword, shield, and paper hat o' awesomeness.
