Thats a rough idea of what I'm thinking of, I don't know what motherboard or PSU I want, someone on some other far corner of the internet said a p35 chipset motherboard wouldn't like the Nvidia card? Any advice on specs, would they all work together?

2gb apart from that I don't know

Why are you getting an external sound card?

Tell me, do you have a Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound system? Is your media collection in .flac format? Do YOU even know what that is? Are you planning on projecting sound for, say, a theater? Through your computer? Do you often perform professional DJ duties?

If any or all of the above apply to you, get an external sound card. Since I doubt they do, don't waste your money.

Wait for the 9600GTS and get TWO of them!

Also: You might consider getting, you know, a motherboard.

Also: Why in god's name are you getting a 1tb drive. One hard drive failure, and you lose absolutely everything. Get 2 250 gbs, have one stripe to the other with a RAID setup. You get 250 gb of almost assuredly safe HD space, and believe me that's all you'll ever need. Unless you run a large number of file hosting servers, you're not going to need anything in the terabyte range.

Now days, onboard sound are petty damn goood.

get a 8800gts , the gtx is massively long card and not that good unless your running duel 24 inch monitors.

o yeah , THE MOST INPORTNET THING IN A COMPUTER.. what power unit?

5-600 watts should cover it. Also, you got a computer slightly weaker than mine.
