Yea. as the titles says. will the enemy ever be able to use mods itself ?

Getting kind of boring fighting the same old skeletons and light soldiers over and over again.

It's been possible to edit Activities.ini so that the enemies use mods since at least build 14.

Check the Cortex Command Wiki, it tells you how. Just make sure you know that the activities.ini is Case Sensitive. That was my problem for a while.
