Post Boomshot (With ammo system thing!)
WARNING: This mod started off as a simple test, and didn't really evolve far from there, sprites are lacking and offset problems are most likely there, however, I don't give a damn how it looks when it adds a gameplay element. (almost sort of not really).

RevoTech Official Product [12-001-20-0] Boomshot

The boomshot is almost like a cannon mixed with a crossbow, the Boomshot is one of the first recorded hand-held firearms.

The boomshot is delicate, and the insides will be ruined after the third shot, reloading will do nothing, the repairs are possible, but the time it takes to do them is stupidly long, and dangerous in the field of battle, so we advise that any users of the boomshot drop it after firing and pull out a different weapon or another boomshot.

Basically- It's a gun with an ammo limit. Carry just one and, well... 3 shots isn't much. Luckily, the Boomshot is incredibly light for a weapon as old as it is, and many can be held at once. (Plus it's funny to see enemies pick up the empty boomshots laying around and try to use them against you. XD)

Oh, and for those who don't appreciate the ammo "system". You can buy the Boomshot pack instead. The pack is actually a teleporter, linked up to a near infinite supply of boomshots. It's much more expensive though... (and it's really heavy on your back..)

No picture yet because I got overexcited and forgot to make one.

A 9999999 ReloadTime is hardly an "ammo limit."

Other than that it's a boring weapon.

It's something no-ones done before.

(I'm not using that as an excuse for the weapon itself.)

Sweet....JESUS! No has done before? EVERYONE has known about it for ages. The reason no mods have have been made with it is because its just annoying, And pointless.

You get points for trying to do something new, but it ultimately flops down and dies.
it will only count as an ammo limit if you use an external source of ammuntition to reload your weapon.

Eh, I like the idea of old-time firearms that aren't quite as useful/expensive to be used with the other inexpensive robots and stuff, but doesn't really seem coalition-worthy. Keep up the concept-work though.

To every new modder, or potential new modder, who has ever whined about how they're being treated unfairly because they're new- see this as an example. I'm sorry, but this mod is just plain bad.

You fo' reel?
On my orbital weapons thing, I used it.

*edit*
This gun's dumb, it just shoots high-mass particles.
Although the pack one is sorta cool.

Shut up nab. The ypsilon painter uses this to prevent spamming giant laser satellites all over the map.

What do you think I included the Boomshot pack for? (Argh)

Blah Ypsilon painter Blah

That's different, that Ypsilon painter dissapears after a few seconds and the reload time could be lowered if someone wishes.

I admit, I found the pack more entertaining than the boomshot itself. Maybe I just liked the idea of having to drop a weapon, it's certainly faster than reloading.
