Asplode Corp's SCRAP series - Updated 9th June
'Oh no! I have no units and only 398 oz! I can't afford an AAL Marine! What am i going to do?' Buy a scrap. for under 110oz, you can have a soldier delivered and armed in 3 seconds. Robots: -SCRAP*: A super-cheap and deadly-when shot robot. Saves Money, can be used for high-risk or suicide missions. -SCRAP-A: the SCRAP with a better Jetpack -SCRAP-C`: the scrap with a missing arm (budget cuts ) and the other one equipped with a modified SCAR -SCRAP-H`: the scrap-C with a minigun rather than the SCAR. Weapons: -SCAR*: an effective assault rifle. slower RoF than the AK, but cheaper and more accurate. Now features attachables. -ScrapCannon: a cheap sniper which uses a giant spring to fire bits of metal at the enemy. Aim for the head, fire, and run. It takes a long time to reload. *updated recently `Old, Doesn't feature attachables and is no longer in development. Keep an eye out for other Asplode Corp Products!

Re: Scrap Series
I really do not like this mod at all. The sprites and effects are fabulous but the bots are just way too effing weak. It is like fighting with a soldier that is held together with silly string.
No DL

Re: Scrap Series
Could you not change it yourself to make them stronger or something? just a suggestion. Also silly string is stronger than you think my friend.

No DL Yeah, but see, fighting with a soldier that is held together with silly string would be extreamly cool. I am downloading this. If they are so incredibly cheap, why not use them?

Re: Scrap Series
EFM, they're called 'scrap' for a reason. Buy 'em by the dozen and overwhelm the enemy with waves of debris.

Re: Scrap Series
Lol, no prob: fighting with soldiers that can only take one shot is not everyone's cup of tea, although i like the challenge, playing with over-priced invincible actors is what inspired these, I was so sick of it.
and yes, the scrap cannon fires fairly blunt shots at a very highspeed. I would make one that literally fires metal gibs, but when I made that gun it was before I really knew how.
thanks for the friendly feedback guys.

Re: Scrap Series
I think it'd be sick if you made a factory of them. Since they're so pissy and all, it'd be cool as.

Re: Scrap Series
It fires a bomb which gibs into a craft which gibs into an actor instantly. I think, might be a bit different.
I think yours should be an emitter though, periodically (once a minute?) making a robot pop out of a hole, and falling to the ground.
