Hi, I plan On in the next few months on getting a new power supply and Video Card but am a newb on what i need to get.

Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80 Dual
1022MB Ram

1. With the info you gave me, I could, at most, tell you are talking about a computer.

Wattage of that PSU is overkill. That's a low end card.

Dell uses modified PSU's so you cant just use any psu.. heres a good place to look..
