DON'T REQUEST A MOD IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND CC MODDING AT ALL
If we could make time machines and teleporters and land/sea vehicles, we would have done it already.
If you do have an idea that would work, and hasn't been done before.. Ever, like a working teleporter (AHAHAHA) then you should be able to make it yourself anyway.

Really wasn't that necessary....
Probably should still be stickied though, with the possible influx of new users as soon as b20 is released.

Petition that this thread be changed to title "IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA FOR CC, ♥♥♥♥ OFF AND DIE"
It'd be about as useful. Noobs are still going to think that their ideas are original, unique, and feasible.
It's not really possible to get them to stop, short of cancelling the registration process and banning everyone who joined in the last six months.
Which would probably be a bad idea.

Grif actually has a point, no matter how detailed the guide lines for posting here are, and no matter how many people actually read it, they'll still think their idea is the best ever, and they just HAVE to post it.

Not a very useful topic, people don't read these things anyway.
