Is this going to be hosting the actual files?
What are you going to be writing this in? PHP + MySQL?
Whatever it is, it needs to be exactly like garrysmod.org. Use that as a template. Make it have the same feature-set as garrys mod

Re: CoCmd Mod Database: What features do YOU want in it? User Pages, but all you get to do is make an avatar, and a name, and a motto or something. Then you get all of your mods on your page. Maybe also mods that you like?

Whatever it is, it needs to be exactly like garrysmod.org. Use that as a template. Make it have the same feature-set as garrys mod I'll have a private beta up as soon as I finish coding it on a friend's webserver. Once everything's said and done, yes. I believe that someone offered to get webspace for it. Yes. It's going to be like garrysmod.org with userpages and such. I haven't seen an idea I didn't like in this thread yet and I think user pages would be a great addition to a mod database.
