Is you throw the bomb, and the mini satellite will spawn above the ground at a random angle
The second variant...
Is to use a beacon weapon that will spawn the satellite exactly where you want it to.
The bomb is easier to use, but cubersome
The beacon is more harder, but it will be a perfect placement Heres the thing this is for:  Vote.

I answered his question, albeit not directly.
He asked whether Numgun was going to wait until B19 to release it.
I responded that Numgun was probably going to release it whenever he finished it.

Im working the same way as Data so I cant really say a release date or anything like that since for me, modding is a fun and challenging hobby that takes time and effort. Anyways, I did the beacon thing, when you drop the bomb, it will release a small container that you can pick up and place anywhere you want. Althought to prevent multiple satellite depolying with one bomb, its one time usage and you have 40 seconds to place the beacon before the device vanishes. So after use, just discard it. Also now I can proudly say that there is only 1 bomb left to do, and Ive got it pretty much planned and its going to be epic. Stay stunned.
