EPIC BRAINSTORM XD

Okay you know the Attachables, well, use the attachable to make the Repeller, Digging, EMP, and the Vortex ACRocket look like they are actually what the name is like
E.G. a vortex effect for the vortex, a rotating ball effect for the repeller, a ball in the middle of an EMP field effect for the EMP, and so on, so forth!
And for...the explosions and appearing effects do screen effects!

Guess what? These boys are gibbed, but they sure are alive AND are kickin ass.

I like the name of it but there are 2 bombs that already did this. a lighter version is the old ''vortex bomb'' that sucks stuff in and chucks them off in random directions or makes wierd collision errors that make the map go shoop da woop. And theres the bigger one called the ''xenon bomb'' that was the easter egg bomb in the previous version.

Think something else what the warp bomb does. I like the name otherwise, just needs another funcion.

Also whats a Q35 Manipulator? Where can I get it?

Other than that, I have 3 nominees for letter W.

-Warp bomb = Needs a funcion.
-Weapon bomb = spawn a crate or actual weapons when youve got nothing on to shoot with.
-White P. bomb = creates a hazardous... umm active volcano-like emitter that spews out white-ish fire all over the place. With glow effects ofcourse.

And for the K letter the nominees are these:

-KingKong bomb = A huge ape to distract and maybe even smash random bypassers. And when I say huge, I mean it. The thing is though, it will free up the letter O.
-Knocker Bomb = On impact, the bomb will launch a high-mass rocket sky-high that can knock out any craft out of the sky by the ramming rocket. It will also explode if it fails to leave the scene. (If you fire it in a bunker for instance.)

Y and N are still free...

I just had this idea for the W, one more nominee.

Well... I don't really know what it does.... but something wonderful I guess....
It could maybe be something like this. It gibs small ground colored pixels, and one really sharp pixel. the sharp pixel then, depending on how the bomb was shot, randomly hits one of the colored pixels, that will then explode, causing something fun to happen. The trick is here: Every colored pixel causes a DIFFERENT explosion. Kinda like randombomb or something. I think it is a pretty good idea...

For example it could maybe explode randomly as any other bomb in the game. Or maybe something "funnier", like... gib lots of brains that fly everywhere smashing into ground and breaking into pieces! SO much fun...

As for N letter.... uh.... n00bomb? :/
Pretty much something noobish....

And Y.... welll.....Ummmm......... yarlybomb, or yabbadabbadoobomb
Or... I got it... YABBERBOMB!! words fly everywhere!!

I think I could make it an actor. Mr. Yoghurt could be his name. What purpose? He could be a meat shield for you... that inflates on each hit caused to it! : D So lets say theres a fully reinforced bunker and you need to attack there with a puny clone. Now you dont have enough money to get a Zorneus or you just need a moving wall to be behind. The fun part is that Mr. Yoghurt will grow on each hit and gain weight and lose some HP in the process. So this means that the enemy can pump so much lead into Mr. Yoghurt so he will be too heavy to go anywhere, leaving a large, fat yoghurt monster that will disappear or get splattered all over the place.

Heh. This could be fun. : p

Metal dude? You mean that silver robot actor? He wont gib if he doesnt have a GibImpulseLimit in his code.
Due to this, he will only fly. Hard.

Oh okay, I guess the instagib doesnt have THAT much power. It only launches some particles that weight 100 kg at high speed so yeah.

Y bomb is the Yoghurt bomb. Read my quote in Kallemort's post (Thx Kalle).

And yeah I did read it. The thing is, I already did this months ago when B18 was released. And also you said the EMP bomb to have an ''pulsating effect''. I know it might be great but I made the EMP bomb be rather stealthy one. If you throw an emp bomb somewhere on the map, it will be quite difficult to notice it if its a bright map. Its used as a trap inside your bunkers.

just bomb ideas, not names

clone spawner (decoy, target, or hostile)(prefer if its possible to launch from a grenade launcher so you can spawn unlimited)

Shield bomb (kinda like the reload effect on N-rifle)

White p. would be cool if you could airburst it to create a (umbrallea effect for lack of better words) to rain glowy white death upon a large area. Image

a bomb to create the all out map slice glitch thing on purpose would be cool (in my opinion)

nukes are classic

a bomb with random effects (never know exactly what will happen)

A nail bomb(kinda like a bomb version of stake gun)

MIRV nuke Image

Guided bomb (like guided missile but is airdropped, cant fly, but can slightly steer its way as it falls)

DaisyCutter Image

nope, FOAB, Father of all bombs (thats not the real name of course, just a nickname) its pretty much a fuel air bomb on crack. The Russians have been showing it off as the largest conventional bomb ever made. (it beat the MOAB it terms of blast(mother of all bombs)).

Would fail since the stakes that are launched of the staker are only in horizontal position. Mixing vertical and horizontal stakes would look crappy anyways.

If I get the Knocker bomb working, then we'll have that part pretty much covered. The Knocker bomb will launch a missile upwards (maybe with a homing system) that has extremely alot of mass that is capable of literally knocking dropships upside down or sending them back from where they came from.

Also very useful in vertical shafts, since the rocket will explode after a short period of time if it fails to leave the surface.


Also as for explosive air mines... not that useful since they are one time use only. I can suggest you take an actor that can fly well and equip him with AALs own LTM1A (Laser Trip Mine Layer) and spam the skies to take out any intruding dropships.




So yeah, Im off to finish the fight against this pack.

Am I the only one that thinks the MOAB looks really sporty and awesome? I wish the US bomb case designers would make a car... it would be f*cking epic.
Also, ontopic- what's the Y bomb? It should be called the Yajat bomb regardless of function.
But seriously, I can't wait for the second bombpack. 'twill be epic.
