 Game resets when I minimize or alt tab.

Post Game resets when I minimize or alt tab.
It's rather annoying, I can't minimize or alt tab without the game resetting, no matter what stage it's at.

Anyone else have this problem.

Everyone does.

It's hardcoded so that you can restart your game if you're interrupted.

*hint*at the bottom of the menu it says Resume Game*hint* :D. Try the FAQs forum for your future questions, it's better suited.
