I'm gonna call you on that one. If its just about some base functionality, then why the fancy ring expand/collapse animation and the nice selection sounds? That wasn't there before. It could have just been more little red arrows with words next to them like before. Surely aesthetics were taken into consideration at some point

Okay. You keep telling me its "different." Whatever. What I want to know about are its strengths. What makes this system good? How does it help the player? How does it make things fun and interesting? Sure, change is fun and all. But if something is going to be different, it has to have a reason for being so beyond just for the sake of being different, which is all I'm getting from you.
