1. Havent tried that yet but its being on my projects list for a specific AAL weapon.

2. I could do this one, a bomb that will clean a moderate area from materials other than concrete veeeeery slowly and disappear afterwards leaving more open space and cleaning up your filled up bunker. The problem is it would be quite a bastard if thrown in at normal terrain. It would create a quite a large blob of empty space.

3. Flamer bomb goes in all directions.

4. I thinks it very possible to do... but I dont think its that neccesary.


Btw, even though the bomb pack has been released already, you can still suggest more ideas to expand the pack even more.

with the new glow effects, perhaps a flare grenade (not very useful but might be cool looking), White phosphorus grenade, or a nuke with glow effects would be interesting.

Just thought of a bomb. The seismic bomb. Instead of destroying the dirt it churns it up and buries things without adding more dirt to the field.

What about a mine bomb? A bomb that shoots out lots and lots of mines when it blows up. Then, when the mines get stepped on, KABLOOM. A little bit more red on the landscape. Maybe with a few different types of mines, like napalm mines, jungle mines, freeze-mines, and the like launched in a single bomb?

The flare grenade sounds good, but we need something interesting to make it useful or fun to use. Btw, i've never heard about white phosphorus before, I went to wiki to see and all I got that it is used in fertilizers, explosives and it can emit gamma radiation. What exactly did you have in mind for this one?

Heh, Its possible in its own way: Destroy the ground like a normal bomb would and then spew out some chunks of ground or something else that would ''replace'' that lost terrain or concrete... Maybe a material hardener...
I have to find that old phase digger...

If anyone here has that wierd ass phase digger, please tell me.

Well one thing is for sure is that I wont make a bomb that will leave single ground mine lying around. Instead, what would work much better is a mine field bomb. It will spread and leave an area covered with mines that will blow up when stepped upon. But im not sure about this one too. Lately when CC is simply getting overloaded with actors and unused items, it will stop registering MO collision just like TLB said some time ago. And this could cause that even faster than you could say ''wtf, my bullets went through him???''.

Mines are a little more complex and lag prone than bombs.
So for now youll have to use the LTM1A layer.



Meanwhile im struggling with the wiper bomb: A bomb that should clean everything but concrete. That will be hard to achieve...

Also, is the xenon bomb working properly for everyone?
For me, its totally ♥♥♥♥ up.

when I use the xenon bomb it gets a bit laggy, chucks clones and dropships alover the place and explodes, (game freezes for about 2-5 secs when it does) I havent had any crashing, even with 3 and more of them going off.

As for the white phosphorus, its been used since WWI but has been more restricted recently.
Its used for smoke (marking and cover) and its used as a anti personnel weapon. Not only is it dangerous because of the burns, but its hard to put out and poisons through contact (including breathing the smoke)

What about a firework bomb? It explodes with harmless, pwetty glowey particles in different colours. They should stick to your enemy(If possible), then explode. :D

Numgun, Try to make a mega water bomb 'cept the
water particles are 20 by 20 pixel blue circular mosparticles.

That would reduce lag by.... 20 times! : O

And they are one solid color so each of them blends together kinda like a meta-ball.

I wish there were force vectors so an object could attract one to another, and negative to repel.

That would make perfect water, kinda. maybe you could have two force things at diff distances.

I hope data implements something like this :D
