I have the madness metaboism too. I sit at the computer and eat junk all day and hardly gain weight.

I suffer from that curse, only super-powered.

Well, I do attempt to work out. Doing push ups, and pumping iron, except that makes me feel like I'm losing weight, but gaining muscle, it makes me confused. Isnt muscle x 3 the weight of fat or something?

From a bit of searching... wrote:
Summary: Muscle density is 1.06 g/ml and fat density is (about) 0.9
g/ml. Thus, one liter of muscle would weight 1.06 kg and one liter of
fat would weight 0.9 kg. In other words, muscle is about 18% denser
than fat.

Not a whole lot, but it is slightly denser. But you won't gain pounds of fat lost back in pounds of muscle.

Capable of lifting 2 times my body weight and standing.

My Canadian health index is ..... 29, which means that by volume, 22% of my body weight is fat.

We crush the skinnies like Gojira in Tokyo.

No, you're a f*cking stick, you can't move because your legs are too puny to support your pathetic weight on your body.

What's your actual height/weight?

BMI = 19.1
Weight = 141 lb
Height = 6'0"

I'm somewhat skinny, not the strong. Not fat. NOT FAT. I have almost 0% body fat, but probably not.
