Shielding was part of the game, I have no idea what you are talking about.

The only "combo" in IV is the special moves?

I mean shielding like holding the shield up whenever you hold down ___ key, and there was a huge mod for IV that let you do combos, that they converted to III but never perfected.

I had shield on RMB, and it stayed up etc... I think you mean that you want to be a lazy ass and not have to hold down the button?

I don't have any mods installed. Or any updates. Or expansions.

No, on morrowind there's no button to always hold up your shield, it just randomly happens based on your "block" skill level.

I thought you meant it was a toggle key, of course there is a shield key.
Now I have no idea what we were even TALKING about.

Anyways, I've forgotten how to get to and TES IV code, let alone anywhere near where levels might be.

Whatever...amazing how our ranting has gotten us into a topic that constitutes this as on-topic.

Yeah.

I wanted to make a dynamic level and stats system in IV that was going to go into a faction war conversion I was planning out that involved remaking most of the maps.

The lag would rape, not computers but it would rape the Oblivion engine.

Not really, I was going to use the same engine that they used to do the goblin tribe wars.

Then again I have lagged when I had too many enemies on the map(the Fort Sutch gate at level like 30)
